Namaste! At the Nepal Center of Nuclear Medicine, our primary goal is to bring world-class precision healthcare to Nepal. For many years, patients in our country had to travel abroad for modern nuclear diagnostic procedures. Today, we are proud to transform that reality right here in Lalitpur, Nepal, by establishing a center dedicated to state-of-the-art nuclear imaging and therapy.

Nuclear medicine is an important field of medicine that helps to understand the function and metabolism of the organs being studied. We incorporate the term 'nuclear medicine' in our name so that the community will gradually adapt and understand the importance of the term 'nuclear medicine'. We accepted the challenge to aware people that the field of nuclear medicine exists and is safe, and there is no need to fear. Like people feared X-rays in the past, but now, it's common, and its justified use has helped doctors to understand the disease and disorders and treat the patients accordingly. Likewise, nuclear medicine is also safe and important in today's era.

By introducing specialized diagnostic tools—such as bone scans, thyroid imaging, parathyroid sestamibi scan, renal dynamic and cortical imaging scans, and radionuclide therapies—we are reshaping how complex diseases are diagnosed and treated locally.
